Holiday in Sri Lanka

Sri Lanka is naturally a tropical country with diverse dry and wet seasons in a year. Through out the year, season is somewhat different, complicated by the fact that this area is under discussion of having two monsoons: the Yala season, which fall on between May and August, it happen when the southwest monsoon brings rainfall to the southern region, western region and central regions and the Maha season, which falls in between October and January, it so happens when the northeast monsoon brings rainfall to the north region and covers east of the island.
Low-lying coastal regions having a high temperature round the year, but they heavily falls with high altitude and in the hilly region, where it consider as an unchanging spring. From the starting of March through the end of June, there appear highest temperatures and a great humidity, while from November to January is usually the coolest time of the year. There is a rainfall in the south regions, southwest regions and central highlands regions; regions of northern and north-central regions are very dry in this part of a year. December and March is a best time to visit the west, south coast and hills while, May to September is best on the east coast.
