The Kiosk of Trajan on the island of Philae on the Nile

The photo takes up a kiosk, the kiosk of Trajan, who obviously was not a modern version of ancient chioschetti, dedicated to tourists from everywhere, but rather a temple made of a single environment. We are in Egypt, Philae on the island, which lies along the Nile, once unapproachable if not the Egyptian priests, because the place of burial of Osiris. Today we are lucky and we can visit the island, part of the natural and archeological park of the Nubian mountains from Abu Simbel to Philae, protected by UNESCO.
