Ryanair announced a 20% reduction on rates

Michael O’Leary, Ryanair’s CEO, announced that to counter the ongoing economic crisis, which has a negative impact on tourism (and also thanks to lower fuel prices) will be a reduction in the prices of all flights to throughout the winter season. The “discount” is not fixed, this is an average calculation, therefore hardly seen without a long comparisons end. However, O ‘Leary says that the average cost of a Ryanair ticket, this summer, was 47 euros, while this winter is pointing to lower the average at 40 euros (always including taxes), confident, as he himself admits that the price of fuel remains stable for months.

Ecoguida: travel by road less polluting

I love traveling, I find it a condition of my being. But at the same time I feel very guilty. How much help to pollute? I can use if consular Easyjet rather than other carriers? Tourism or not, climate change each of us makes us accounts every day. Both words start with the ecoguida, launched an initiative that has just taken a year.

Halloween in London? 71 euros and 50 with Ryanair. From Oct. 28 new flights Rimini - Stansted

Good news for fans of lowcost travel, for Ryan and loyal users for connoisseurs of the capital who live near the Adriatic coast. As of Tuesday, October 28 from Federico Fellini of Rimini take off the new flights that Ryanair has turned to ensure a link between London Stansted and Romagna: in the day Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (date useful for granted a long weekend land in English) will start from at lunch (12.40) and from England at breakfast (9.05).

The cost of tickets? For example, if you want to celebrate Halloween in London, you can start on Thursday 30 October at 12.40 from Federico Fellini arriving at Stansted at 13.55 and return to Italy Tuesday, Nov. 4, landing at 12.15.

If you happen to go on the site of Ryanair certainly be able to take off a curiosity: why the plane takes one hour and 55 to rise in London (12.40 - 13.55) and three hours and 10 falling to Rimini ( 9.05 - 12.15), perhaps there is a call not reported?

Federalberghi announces the withdrawal in tourism

A press release of Federalberghi indicates that the recession is hitting the tourism industry. The data were presented at the conference “Tourism-transport-environment for economic development of Italy” held last Friday in San Remo. In the first nine months of this year the Italian and foreign presences in hotels of Belpaese were 209.4 million, 2.5% less compared to 2007. In practice a dry loss of nearly 5.5 million nights sleep, despite the failure to increase the price of your stay.
