The Paris Greeter guides take you around for free in Paris

Christian was tired of hearing his American friends to repeat the usual refrain “Paris is fantastic, except for the Parisians” (and also in all honesty I was so trivial). So when he retired he decided to join the Paris Greeter, a group of volunteers, that without certificates, are offered as a guide to foreign tourists, with the aim, not secondary, to change the perception that you have the Parisians (snob ?).

Flights to 75 euros for Paris for the birthday of Air France

The first in September 1933 there was the first flight of Air France (from Marseilles to Casablanca) and a few days later, on October 7, was officially inaugurated by Pierre Cot, Minister of France, the national airline overnight. At the occasion of his 75th birthday Air France launches an extraordinary fare to Paris: 75 euros round trip from Venice and Milan Malpensa, taxes and surcharges included.

The promotional fare is sold by 12-18 October 2008 at any travel agency or at Air France, for departures ranging from November 3 to 15 December 2008. A drip pan opportunity to spend a weekend shopping on the Champs Elysees immersed in the magic of Christmas in Paris, already we are having a look also at the gigantic billboard advertising (540 square meters) that Air France did install on the facade restoration of the Grand Palais!
