Compensation and airlines. How much does it cost air travel in a toilet?
Thursday, May 15th, 2008Mr Gokhan M. in February this year decided to fly from San Diego and New York by choosing a flight of Jet Blue, a U.S. airline. Presentatosi boarding discovered that the flight was complete, but an employee of the company was able to do so by offering board to travel in one of the positions “flying” used by staff travel.
Mr Gokhan is so managed to board the flight and sit in one of these seats fly. After about 90 minutes from takeoff, the pilot was approached to ask Mr Gokhan free to leave the place because the waiting was not comfortable in the new place, and invited to sit in the bathroom. A nothing is worth the protests of Mr. Gokhan who became the entire trip, sitting in the toilet.
Morale: Mr. Gokhan has filed because the company, asking for a compensation of 2 million dollars for the serious humiliation he suffered (in addition to the hazard course I would add, because I know not the bathrooms are equipped with safety belts.
